we expect you to leave the gite clean:                                  

                                   - the dishes are done and the dishwasher has been emptied.

                                   - everything is cleaned up.

                                   - what previously was not in the gite is taken back.

                                   - the bins are emptied (residual waste on top of the road)

                                   - glass, plastic and paper are separated (containers in the village)

                                   - the refrigerator has been completely emptied.

                                   - the gite is left with respect for the cleaning team

The use of bed linen is mandatory.

Towels and bed linen can be rented.

Duvets and pillows are provided in all gîtes.

Groceries:

In Saint Sauveur de Montagut (9 km) you will find: a CA bank with ATM, a pharmacy, 2 bakeries, 2 butcher shops, 2 supermarkets, 1 newsagent, 2 pizzerias, 2 cafes and 3 restaurants.

Internet:

Internet (WIFI Hotspots) possible.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed (off-season exceptions may apply, please contact us).

Dealing with water / water-purification / septic tank:
Only biodegradable products should be used.

We use a water and sewage treatment system using a natural reed bed. This system is highly effective and also completely environmentally friendly as long as one takes the following  factors into account: The system has a low tolerance to chloride, antibiotics, disinfectants (eg. dettol) and various other chemicals that interfere with the normal functioning of the system. We therefore ask our guests to only use biodegradable shampoo, bath and washing/cleaning products. It is also important to remove excess grease from frying pans, dishes, etc. before washing. Please make sure that toilet rolls, plastic, sanitary towels or tampons do not disappear down the drain pipes.
